Music Ministry

Adult Choir~ The Our Lady of Peace Adult Choir sings each Sunday at the 11:00 AM Mass and the other great celebrations (Christmas & Easter) of our church. Any adult or young adult who wishes to praise God through song is invited to join. Rehearsals are held on Sunday mornings from 9:45 AM until 10:30 AM in the Eileen Tosner Meeting Room. All are welcome!

Contemporary Ensemble ~ Any Teen who enjoys singing or who plays an instrument is welcome to join the Ensemble. This group leads the assembly in musical worship each Sunday at the 9:30 AM Family Mass. Rehearsals are held on Sunday mornings directly following the Family Mass in the Parish House. For additional information see either Felicia Navarro or Mary Sinnott-Zervos after the Family Mass.

Children’s Choir~ The “Holy Notes Children’s Choir of Our Lady of Peace is open to all boys and girls of our parish in grades 3 through 8. Rehearsals are on Wednesday afternoons in the church choir loft from 4:45 PM to 5:30 PM. All members are required to have a signed registration form completed by their parent or legal guardian. The children’s choir sings at one 12:30 pm Mass each month from September through May. We also sing for the First Communion & Confirmation Masses, we perform musical plays for Christmas and Easter and perform out-reach programs for the Lynbrook community.
