Interfaith Employment Effort
This ministry acts as a support group to the unemployed and to potential employers. The IEE is non-sectarian and does not charge a fee.


Ministry of Prayer and Praise
Unites those at home in ministry to the needs of the local community.


Helping Hands & Hearts
This is a meal preparation ministry offered under special circumstances.


Holiday Food & Gift Program
This is a program that offers assistance during special seasons of the year to eligible families and individuals.


Love and Lunch Program
This program offers support and information to women. Meetings are held on the first Monday of the month.


Senior Cares Program
This program locates resources and services designed to fill the special needs of seniors in the community. The program assists the seniors and their families to locate and access resources. Basic needs, health concerns, spiritual and social support are also offered.


Martha and Mary Ministry
This ministry assists seniors who live alone with food pick-up and other needs.


English as a Second Language
This class is offered to interested people on Tuesday mornings. In our small groups, students can learn, practice, and improve their ability in English as they experience the friendship of others new to this country.

Handmaiden Ministers
These individuals make lap robes that are donated to the patients at the Mercy Rehab Facility.


Baby Pillows Ministers
These individuals make ornamental pillows that are given to families on the occasion of their child’s Baptism.


Hospital Visitation Ministry
This ministry visits local hospitals in an attempt to bring the care and concern of the Christian community to those who are ill.


Home Companion and Housekeeping Employment Program
These are salaried positions. This program links those who may be in need of companion/housekeeping services with trained personnel who are seeking employment in this field.

Celebracion de la Fe
This is a time of prayer and hospitality which brings together the Spanish and English-speaking members of our community. This hour of prayer is held on the first Mondays of October, December, February, April, and June.


Ministry to Veterans
This program collects clothing, toiletries, and other items and are sent to hospitalized Veterans on a regular basis.


Quilting Ministry
These individuals make quilts that are sent to hospitals and agencies that care for HIV/Aids and At-Risk babies.

Public Policy Education Network
The Public Policy Education Network is intended to educate people about the Church’s Public Policy Agenda and engages them in the process of development and advocacy.
