Registration for the 2022-2023 school year is underway! Click on the registration form below to register your child(ren). Please complete 1 (one) form for each child.

2022-2023 FAMILY TUITION SCHEDULE
If you would like to REGISTER A NEW STUDENT into the Religious Education Program, please call the Office at 516-593-5150 or send an email to Katherine Martin at rmcgannon@olplynbrook.com Include your home address in the email and an application packet will be sent to you. You may also register in person at the Parish House, 20 Niemann Ave., during Office Hours. (Monday – Thursday 9:30AM – 2:00PM).
If your child is entering Grade 1 or is a new student, please be sure you are registered with Our Lady of Peace Church and have a current parish envelope number. Check with the rectory at 599-6414 if you are uncertain.
You will also need to submit a copy of your child’s Baptismal Certificate if your child is entering 1st grade. Applications for 1st grade registration will not be accepted without a copy of the baptismal certificate.
If your child(ren) is a new student in grades 2 through 8, you will need to submit a Transfer Letter from the School/Church where your child(ren) received their previous religious instruction as well as a copy of their baptismal certificate.
Preparation for First Communion is a two-year process so it is important that your child begin religion classes in 1st grade. Preparation for Confirmation is a 2 year program (Grades 7 & 8)
